We create leotards for rhythmic gymnastics, which are hand sewn and hand painted with unique designs. All of our costumes are from the highest quality stretch fabric. Each leotard is tailored to individual measurements and meets all international ethical and other requirements for rhythmic gymnastics leotards.

Ordering

To begin, please e-mail your request with the description of a leotard that you desire, the measurements and your full contact information. Once we receive a request for a new order we will call/email to follow up with additional questions to confirm your order. We also provide the designs (including fabrics, color choices and rhinestones selection) and costs for your approval before we begin work. If the proposed design and costs meet your approval, we start making a leotard for you from scratch. As soon as your order is complete (normally 15-30 days depends on the season and sometimes the complexity of design) We will e-mail you the confirmation and ask to verify that the shipping address and your name are correct before sending it out to you. *If at the time of order, we already have several other orders received, the wait time can take between 2 to 8 weeks. Rush orders may be subject to a surcharge and customers will be notified of such charges prior to ordering. Trailing orders, additions and/or increases in quantities cannot be guaranteed to be ready with initial orders. Since all the leotards are done by hand and from scratch, it does take time, because the production of beautiful leotard requires a lot of effort and precisoin. We do recommend ordering in advance.

Measurements

We cannot take or process orders with verbal measurements. Written measurements, sent via e-mail are required, including all the details and all the measurements have to be included. There is no need to add dimensions with room for growth, we always leave a small reserve for growth. Please note that we are not responsible for errors due to inaccurate measurements submitted to us.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes must be submitted in writing before production begins. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required with a confirmed order and balance is to be paid in full upon completion. Orders cannot be picked up or shipped without payment in full.

Delivery

All orders are to be picked-up unless specified by customer. If a customer chooses for us to mail the leotard, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage if optional insurance is waived by the customer. We ship to physical addresses only and do not ship to P.O. boxes. International orders may be subject to customs clearance, taxes and import duties. Payment of such taxes and duties if applicable are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

Leotards made to your specifications and individual measurements cannot be returned. Please note that all requests for any returns of any of our products, requires prior authorization from us.

Care Instructions

Hand wash only in cold water. Use mild liquid detergent.

Do not soak, do not use bleach, harsh or granular detergents or liquid fabric softener, do not use wring.

Do not take to the dry cleaners. Store and carry on the hanger in a special case.

Put the leotard on and take it off carefully, avoid too much stretching. Especially after the performance, as an athlete starts to sweat and the fabric starts to stick to the body (especially the sleeves)and that's when taking off the leotard becomes very difficult.

Carefully scrub dirty spots. Rinse in cold water. Put your leotard on a towel. Then, the keeping leotard on a towel lay it out to dry (indoors).Please note: when the leotard is wet, glue under rhinestones might look white. It is normal – after drying, glue will become invisible.

If you follow all these rules, the leotard will stay beautiful and in great condition for a long time.
